Shipping policy

Thank you for fueling your fire Stein Bros! We want to get our sauces from our kitchen to your table as quickly and safely as possible.

📩 Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • During peak seasons, new sauce launches, or for large orders processing may take up to 5-10 business days.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges and speeds for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS/UPS to ensure your bottles are handled with care.

 

⚡ Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

🧹 Damaged or Broken Bottles

We take great pride in our packaging (lots of bubble wrap!), but we know things can get bumpy in transit. If your sauce arrives broken, please do not toss it yet!

  1. Take a photo of the damaged bottle and the packaging.

  2. Email us at support@steinbros.co within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number.

We will ship out a replacement bottle to you immediately at no extra cost.
