Return & Refund Policy – Stein Brothers Hot Sauce Co.

At Stein Brothers Hot Sauce Co., we craft our sauces with real ingredients and serious heat to fuel the fighters out there. Because our products are consumable foods, we have a limited return policy focused on quality and satisfaction.

What we accept returns for:

  • Damaged or defective products — If your product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect items — If we sent you the wrong flavor, size, or product entirely.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report an issue (provide your order number and photos of the problem if possible). We’ll review and respond quickly.

What we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind / decided it's too hot (or not hot enough)
  • Opened or partially used bottles (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products that have been stored improperly after delivery

Process:

  1. Email us at support@steinbros.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide instructions—usually a prepaid shipping label for damaged/incorrect items (we cover return shipping in these cases).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping fees, if applicable) or send a replacement, at our discretion.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged in transit).
  • If we’re sending a replacement, we’ll cover the shipping.

All other sales are final. We stand behind the quality of our sauces—if something’s off, let us know right away so we can make it right.
